When we soak up the love at the edges,
we find that we, too,
are nothing but edges of love.
Our Purpose:
When we turn our attention to the periphery, we find Love waiting in the wings. This retreat invites you to step outside the ongoing worry and analysis of the "beta" mind state and into the calmer "alpha" and oneness "theta" states. Together, we will venture into the liminal- the subtle spaces within and between all living beings—the seen and the unseen.
Postmodern life leaves most of us overstimulated, stressed, and under-relaxed. When our nervous systems are hijacked, we may view the world through a lens tinted with anxiety or anger. By shifting our focus to the beauty and support available to us, we can rebalance the brain’s negativity bias and see Divine Love everywhere. We will ground our anxiety circuits into the earth, stretch our wings in the loving ethers, and lighten up.
This retreat is for you to:
-
honor a calling to slow down, center in, and listen deeply.
-
be nourished by communal sharing and individual space to de-stress
-
get off the screen and into the wild
-
open portals to Divine love and messages~ in these forms:
Our Portals/Wings for the Day:
-
Dreamwork
-
Yogic breathwork & Nidra (savasana meditation)
-
Forest Therapy (shinrin yoku)
-
Song & gentle body movement
-
Ritual
Original bliss is our birthright. The restorative, soulful spaces of dreamworld, soft fascination, and embodied being help us reconnect. Through spiritual practices, we can sense sat-chit-ananda (truth, consciousness, and bliss absolute).
Discover how to experience liminal ecstasy- profound passion, free joy, and mystical connection- sober and authentically. When you allow Love to dance with you in these sacred, in-between spaces, you may see more clearly, breathe more easily, and let your core purpose fly.
If you have significantly unhealed trauma from religion or nature, please contact me about working together individually first.

Pre-retreat Experiences
I highly recommend you consider a pre-retreat Sacred Listening session with me 1-4 weeks before the retreat. This will help you contemplate where you are at and what you seek in your spiritual journey, and likely deepen your retreat experience. You could also schedule a post-retreat Sacred Listening session to help you integrate the experience. For everyone who signs up for this retreat, I'll give you a code for 30% off a Sacred Listening session.
I offers regular in person and online forest bathing sessions, as well as yoga classes with breathwork and nidra meditation (and asana). You can check these out here.
