Thanks for your interest! There are no automatic refunds, but if there is a wait list and someone takes your spot, then I can refund you. You are also welcome to find a replacement, but they must apply by filling out the Intake form and be approved by Shannon. Shannon welcomes a wide diversity of people to attend a retreat, and, as explained on the retreat info pages, each retreat is best suited for those who are ready and may not be a good fit for some people. This policy honors the nature of retreat work. Shannon carefully starts to envision and plan a retreat months in advance, and when participants sign up, she enfolds their needs into the vision and begins holding energetic space for them. While she understands that sometimes life changes course between sign up and the retreat date, the investment in the retreat is already partially transformed into the creation of the retreat, and is a part of the flow of future retreats. If you have extenuating circumstances and wish to request some credit for your absence, you may reach out to Shannon about your life circumstances and request.
