To Share a Pear with an Ant
Then I came across a pear that had a hole in it, and as I peered inside, I could see a giant black ant crawling around its sugar cave. Dare I take a bite out of the other side? How deep is its cave? What if my teeth sink into the ant zone? Ewww!

Angry Sad Playlists that Bring Peace
specific kinds of playlists help me move with and through emotions. My favorite is to start with a song that matches my current mood or struggle. This song is often from my childhood, teens or early 20’s. It’s raw. I might listen to it 2-3 times. But I don’t let myself get stuck there.
