Register here for single sessions, Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm and/or Thursdays 12-1pm. (Or pay $40 total for 3 sessions, which is just $13/session! For this option, please register for 1 session and then bring $23 cash/check for the other 2.) Weekly agenda: 5 min. Highs & Lows, or Release & Receive 20 min. Guided sensory meditation 10 min. Embodied connection 15 min. Sit spot belonging 10 min. Reflection talk Meet at Hidden Valley Camp. (rain or shine, sauna or snow ❤🌳🌞kansas) We practice generous, compassionate listening without commentary. BYOsnack if you want, or simply soak up the woods. Let nature buoy you.
