Service Description
Free online workshop includes: 1. What’s your boundary style? 2. What can we do when people don’t listen? 3. Building up a reservoir of compassion for yourself, going in with the mentality: "I'm clear about my: values, my desire to connect and understand, my boundaries against disrespect, and I'll do the best I can with the energy I have." To build up this reservoir, we'll practice loving-kindness meditation. Followed by: Recover from Family Holiday Stress Monday Dec. 1st, 12-1pm online support group for reflecting & recentering, $22. Had a stressful family holiday? To recover, we'll offer each other empathy, learn from the experience, and practice loving-kindness meditation. Reflect on: 1. What pushed your boundaries? 2.
