In-person and Online

Mend your eco-self

De-stress and heal your pain by mending life ruptures in your relationships with others and yourself. With my skilled guidance, your insights come from engaging with plants, birds, flowers, etc. We meet outdoors for mental-emotional processing and the support of earth elements.

Beyond problem solving, I facilitate experiences that help you explore your core existential relationship with the earth. This can clarify priorities, center belonging, and illuminate purpose.

Your nature therapy session can be in-person or virtual (you’re outside listening on your phone, tablet, or laptop). People have amazing experiences!

A practice or prescription

Like mindfulness practices, the more you practice nature & forest therapy, the more you benefit. And, in the UK and Canada, doctors prescribe forest therapy to help patients heal.

“Forest Therapy, also known as Forest Bathing, is a relational practice that brings people into deeper intimacy with natural places. And one of those natural places is our natural self; it’s a practice that holds the possibility of meeting again the kernel of who we are, and what we are born to be. It’s also important to recognize how the practice supports every aspect of our well-being. There are many wonderful health benefits...

But these effects are really the collateral impacts of a repaired relationship between people and places. Especially for those dealing with ecological grief, the restoration of relationship to place is the beginning of the healing process.”

Group Nature Therapy

In groups, we mindfully “bathe” in the healing atmosphere of the woods, prairie, and ecosystems we inhabit ~Forest Bathing. After a 15 minute guided meditation, we deepen our relationship with ourselves and nature through mindfulness and bodyfulness activities, and end with tea that I’ve locally harvested. There are several opportunities to process and through Listening circles. We walk less than 1/2 mile.

~Schedule a Private Group just for your nonprofit organization, friends or family. Forest Bathing Sessions make fantastic retreat days, wellness incentives, and meaningful gifts.

~Book a Business Group Session. It can be a full forest bathing session or shorter nature meditation workshop. We can highly tailor it to your focus. Nature-Connected Wellness Programs are great for your employees. You’re awesome to provide rejuvenation!

~Join an upcoming public workshop. If you're an individual wanting to join a group, just Book an Appointment, or view past sessions on my Facebook page.
