Earth can support you in incredible ways
that some people may not.
De-stress and heal your pain from issues in your relationships with others and yourself. With my skilled guidance, your insights come from engaging with plants, birds, flowers, etc. We meet outdoors for mental-emotional processing and the support of earth elements.
Beyond problem solving, I facilitate experiences that help you experience your core existential relationship with the earth. This can help you clarify priorities, find belonging, and illuminate purpose.
Your individual 1-1 session can be:
*in-person (under Kansas trees in a private Lawrence park) or
*virtual (we're connected via phone or laptop, each on our earth patches).

Group Nature Therapy
We mindfully “bathe” in the healing atmosphere of the woods, prairie, and ecosystems we inhabit, akin to Japanese shinrin-yoku, Forest Bathing:

20 minute guided meditation to de-stress,

activities that engage dozens of our senses to deepen our relationship with ourselves and nature,

medicinal tea, locally harvested.

opportunities to process in compassionate Listening circles.
We walk less than 1/2 mile.
