Shannon will share more about the intention of the retreat and lead a guided meditation for you to experience a bit of how the practice shifts us into a parasympathetic state where we can ground and recenter. We will discuss how Forest Therapy (shinrin-yoku) reconnects our deep belonging in the world, reduces anxiety, and gives us space to choose how we truly want to show up in our lives. Then we'll have Q&A about the retreat. (You're welcome to the Intro whether you've already signed up for May 3rd, want more information to decide about May 3rd, or already know you can't attend May 3rd.) Let nature buoy you.
